LetsEncrypt and SSL

Finally worked out how to make LetsEncrypt work for me… every web site now has SSL (each base domain gets its own certificate where I can), though SNI is required for something other than gothic.net.au domains (so goodbye Windows XP)
Sites pass SSLLabs with an A+
